THE REROLL

Corrupt a dark terminal — one you haven't switched on yet. Each reroll re-draws its machine tier as a gamble (it can go up or down), with a 50% chance it comes out Corrupted. Rarer machines earn more once you hardwire. Keep rerolling until you like it, then switch it on.

How it works

  1. Approve $QUOTRON — once. The first reroll asks your wallet to approve the Reroll Desk to spend $QUOTRON. You only sign this once; later rerolls skip it.
  2. Confirm the reroll — 2 quick confirmations. A reroll is a commit-then-reveal, so the result can't be gamed. You sign the commit, then a short moment later the reveal settles your new machine. Our keeper usually does the reveal for you automatically; if it's busy, your wallet simply asks for a second confirmation to reveal it yourself.
  3. See the result. Once revealed, the terminal shows its new machine (and whether it came out Corrupted). The art and tier refresh on OpenSea shortly after.
  4. Reroll again, or hardwire. While a terminal is dark you can reroll as many times as you like — each is a fresh gamble at your current price. When you're happy, switch it on at The Desk: hardwiring locks the tier and starts it earning. An upgrade adds a bonus stream on top of the base; a downgrade only changes the look, never your earning.

Your price rises only with how much you reroll — base for your first 10, then a little more each 10 (capped). One busy wallet never raises the price for anyone else.

Only terminals that are not switched on can be rerolled — hardwiring locks the tier. A reroll is two quick steps (commit, then reveal) so the outcome can't be gamed; the price rises the more you reroll (base for your first 10, then a little more each 10). Chassis, background and ticker never change — only the machine, its corruption, and its earning.
